Sitting in a privileged position that allows superb views of the Adriatic Sea and the City of Trogir,  Villa City Gold is located only 800 m away from the pulsing heart of Trogir’s old town. Villa City Gold is brand new, stylish, comfortable, and provides our guests privacy. Our goal was to successfully deliver a mix of modern and traditional without losing the house’s original character.

Our Villa lies on a 730 m2 and has 350 m2 of interior living space. The exterior is organized around the swimming pool and shaded lounge and sundeck area that connects to the outdoor kitchen, BBQ and dining area. In the house’s garden, there is a green lawn, a children’s corner, orchards and olive groves. This magnificent part of the yard is connected to the 70 m2 living area with an adjacent dining area and the well-equipped kitchen also accessed through the main entrance. Modern elements blend seamlessly into the décor, granting a contemporary twist to Dalmatian’s past. 

One of the Villa’s highlights is the large window in the main living area, which offers fabulous garden views. The kitchen is ultra-modern and fully equipped to serve cooking enthusiasts. Inner stairs lead to the house’s first floor with four ensuite bedrooms, all designed differently, but in the same concept, with vivid wall surfaces and luxury beddings,  creating an ultimately relaxing atmosphere. Wide-framed windows offer soothing views of the swimming pool and the city, letting in the cool night breeze. The second floor of City Gold Villa hides a true oasis of peace and enjoyment; a large, partly shaded terrace with a jacuzzi and sun deck area, with the views of the city, sea and islands.
